My 'Japanese Usui Reiki 1st Degree' workshop is a face-to-face teaching of a non-invasive energy healing technique known for relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief. Reiki is widely used as a complementary therapy in hospitals and clinics globally, making it available to everyone. No special skills or previous experience are required, and you do not need to consider yourself spiritual to learn how to balance your mind, body, and spirit. Over two days, you will learn how to give Reiki healing to yourself and others. The certification received at the end of the workshop allows you to open a professional practice and support clients with your newfound skills. Here is a brief overview of what the workshop will cover: Reiki Principles and History Chakra Systems and Human Aura Hand Positions for Reiki Healing Practical Training and Techniques Reiki Level 1 Manual for Future Reference Taught in a fun and welcoming environment, this workshop is an excellent opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth.
